2. Product Sales & Pricing

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices for tools, accessories, and spare parts are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortages, inaccuracies in product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product specifications, technical details, and images accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.

3. Service, Repairs & Maintenance

  • Diagnostic & Estimate Fees: All tools brought in for repair are subject to an initial diagnostic assessment. We will provide an estimated repair cost before commencing work. If you decline the estimate, a nominal diagnostic/inspection fee may apply.

  • Unclaimed Items: Tools left at our service center for more than [30/60] days after completion notice or estimate delivery will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of, sell, or scrap abandoned tools to recover unpaid diagnostic or storage fees.

  • Repair Warranty: We provide a [30/60/90]-day limited warranty on repair work and replaced parts starting from the date of pickup/delivery. This warranty covers defect in replaced parts and repair workmanship only. It does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or subsequent accidental damage.

4. Warranty Claims (Manufacturer vs. Service Warranty)

  • New Tool Warranties: New power tools are covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty. We assist customers with warranty claims where authorized by the manufacturer, but the final repair or replacement decision rests with the brand manufacturer.

  • Exclusions: Warranties (both service and manufacturer) do not cover damage resulting from:

    • Overloading or improper power supply/voltage.

    • Lack of routine maintenance or misuse contrary to the user manual.

    • Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or third-party repairs.

    • Normal wear items (e.g., carbon brushes, blades, chucks, cords, filters).

5. Payment & Invoicing

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of retail purchase or upon completion of repair services prior to product handover.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and approved corporate accounts.

  • Overdue Accounts: B2B accounts with credit arrangements will incur interest charges on late balances at the rate of [1.5%] per month or the maximum allowed by law.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Tool Returns: Unopened and unused power tools in original packaging may be returned within [7/14] days of purchase with original receipt for a refund or store credit. A restocking fee of [10-15%] may apply.
